Join us an inspection volunteer

As a volunteer, you might take part in inspections and travel with our inspectors when they visit services. During these visits, you’ll chat with people who use the service and record their views and experiences.

You may also phone people to hear what they think about the support they receive, or help run focus groups to gather their feedback.

Afterward, you’ll write a short summary of what you found to support the inspection report.

You’ll also join the inspector in meeting the service manager at the end of the inspection to share what people told you and what you observed.
