Credit/Debit Card
You can pay by credit or debit card online.
Direct Debit
You can pay by Direct Debit either as a single payment or in 10 equal monthly instalments (available only where the fee exceeds £100).
We do not have full control over when fees are set, as this is decided in consultation with the Scottish Government. As a result, collection dates and the number of instalments may change. If this happens, we will let you know.
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit, please download, print, and complete the Direct Debit Instruction at the bottom of this page. Please include your CS number in the Reference Number section of the form and return it by post to: Care Inspectorate, Finance, Transactions Team, Compass House, 11 Riverside Drive, Dundee, DD1 4NY.
