Audit and Risk Committee
This committee supports the Board in its responsibilities for issues of risk, control and governance and associated assurance through a process of constructive challenge. The Committee meetings are not held in public, but you can read the approved minutes.

Finance and Resources Committee
This committee was formed in late 2024 and is responsible for advising the Board on a range of strategies, policies and plans related to finance, budget, staff and resources. These meetings are not held in public but you can read the approved minutes.
