Safe staffing programme end of year report 2025-26

The Safe Staffing Programme (SSP) is pleased to publish the final SSP End of Year Report 2025/26.

Independently prepared by Blake Stevenson Ltd, the report provides an evidence-led review of the programme's delivery, outcomes and emerging impact during 2025/26. It highlights the breadth of activity delivered across the year and the programme's contribution to supporting implementation of the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019.
