The new safer recruitment self-evaluation tool is designed to help in your commitment to keep people safe, by ensuring staff are recruited appropriately and in line with current guidance. It will help you to evaluate how well you are doing to support all areas of safer recruitment in your service(s) and identify any areas where you want to improve.
