Nappy changing guidance updated

Following feedback from the sector, we have refined the updated nappy changing guidance to improve clarity.
In addition to minor wording adjustments and the removal of some general statements, the key changes include:
removal of reference to Space to Grow and Thrive
removal of reference to separate changing facilities for children under two years
removal of reference to contaminated items being sent home with instructions on how to launder
removal of reference to the disposal of large quantities of nappies.
