1. The service will be a nurse agency registered to place nurses in registered care services, hospitals and health care services.

2. The service will operate from the registered address in Perth, as noted above and there will be an office base in Glasgow: 129 Wright Business Centre, 1 Lonmay Road, Glasgow, G33 4EL.

Any other conditions unique to the service:

3. Any staff member responsible for placing nurses must be a first level registered nurse.

4. The service will operate an on call service out with office hours at all times that staff are placed with clients.

5. The service must ensure that all nurses placed by them are registered with the relevant regulatory/professional body in respect of the work they are to undertake.
