Requirement 1:

To ensure that people get the medication they need, the provider must ensure that medication is administered as instructed by the prescriber and appropriate records are kept to demonstrate this by commencing this within 24 hours of receipt of this report and for it to be met by 5 October 2018. This ensures care and support is consistent with the Health and Social Care Standards which state ""My care and support meets my needs and is right for me"" (HSCS 1.19). It also complies with Regulation 4(1)(a) SSI 2011/210 of the Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Requirements for Care Services) Regulations 2011.
