Cumbrae Lodge Care Home

Number(s) and Age(s) of person(s) to whom service may be provided:
1. To provide a care service to a maximum of 78 older people, who may have dementia, associated mental health needs and some behaviours that may be of a challenging nature, as follows:
Iona, Jura and Kyle units will provide care to a maximum of 13 older people in each of these Units, 39 in total
Bute, Islay and Kintyre units will provide care to a maximum of 13 older people in each of these Units, 39 in total
The one identified room in each unit can be used as a shared room for those service users who have an existing close personal relationship (couples, siblings, those friends wishing to share) and the Care Inspectorate must be notified.

Any other conditions unique to the service:
2. To comply with the current staffing schedule dated 2 April 2013, which must be displayed together with the certificate.
