Conditions of registration

To provide a service to children and young people aged between 0 years to 26 years and to their families and carers who have vulnerabilities or needs which may be provided in their own homes and in the wider community.

The support will be provided by 17 staff teams as agreed in the notice granting the variation dated 07 March 2024.

The provider shall inform service users and their representatives that the care service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and shall ensure that they are made aware of the name of the registered service with its contact details as it appears on this certificate.
