Doune Terrace Nursery

The nursery is in breach of the first condition of the certificate of registration, under The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001, section 19, Conditions as to numbers and which states that it is a condition of the registration that the care service is to be provided to a maximum number of children of:
15 children aged 0 - under 2 years
50 children aged 2 - to not yet attending primary school

It is required that the nursery operates within the conditions of registration.
Time scale: this was required at the time of the investigation of the complaint.
