Requirement:
1. The provider must at all times adhere to condition 2 of the services condition of registration as detailed in the Registration Certificate and as applied under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010.
Timescale: within 2 days of receiving this report.
This is to comply with SSI 210/2011 Regulation 15 Staffing and Regulation 4(1)(a) Staffing
The following requirement has been made in the most recent inspection report and applies also to this complaint investigation:
When assessing dependency levels and calculating staffing requirements managers and nursing staff need to make sure that they are taking, not only basic care needs, but all other relevant factors into account as well as listening to the views of staff, residents and relatives.
