Manage my Service
Introducing Manage my Service
Later this year, the Care Inspectorate is launching Manage my Service, a new single portal to replace our existing digital systems, including the Care Inspectorate Digital portal and Electronic Forms (eForms).
Manage my Service will simplify how you communicate with us, making processes more efficient and improving security, so we can all focus on what matters most: improving the quality of care for people who experience care.
How to prepare for launch
All users will be required to log in to the Manage my Service portal using an individual, unique email address. These user details should be provided to us before launch.
For registered care services, please refer to our care services FAQ page for more details.
For registered care providers with an active Service Provider (SP) number, please refer to our care providers FAQ page for more details.
If you have already submitted your user details, thank you, no further action is needed at this stage.
Onboarding resources
To ensure a smooth transition, we are launching a comprehensive programme of support, which includes a suite of on-boarding resources - bitesize videos, frequently asked questions, and guides - as well as a schedule of online events. These resources will give you and your team the knowledge and confidence to begin using the provider portal immediately.
You can find all the latest training and support resources by clicking on the headings in the left-hand panel of this webpage. These will be updated regularly, so please key an eye on the webpage and your Provider Update emails for further updates.
We look forward to working with you to deliver this important modernisation for the care sector. Your support in preparing for the launch will be invaluable as we work towards a more efficient and effective regulatory system.
